1 Objectives of the Program


• To provide YOU, the staffs a conducive and ideal workplace by
further rewarding your efforts, in addition to your basic
compensation.
• To better improve staff retention and encourage talent
acquisition by positively motivating YOU not only by
rewarding monetary incentive but by showing that your
efforts are much appreciated.
• To further motivate YOU to work with the best proficiency, and
exercise the right values and attributes aligned to KTC’s
corporate ambitions.

2 Mechanics of the Incentive Program


• To be entitled to the incentive benefits, YOU must attain the “Meets Expectations” rating on
YOUR performance appraisal, wherein YOU are rated in terms of:
a) Speed and Efficiency
b) Quality and Thoroughness
c) Work Attitude
d) Appearance
e) Integrity
f) Work Ethics
g) Attendance and Punctuality
h) Teamwork

1 Policy on Employee Conduct


• KTC promotes a working environment that fosters and
maintains high level of self discipline among employees.
• KTC expects that employees are responsible for complying
with acceptable standards of conduct or performance.
• KTC expects each employee to observe legal, moral and ethical
standards in the performance of work and the relationship
with fellow employees, as well as dealings with the public.

2 Ethics Guidelines
Every KTC employee should:
• Protect corporate interest, above other interests
• Protect confidential data or knowledge
• Not grant personal favors at the expense of the company
• Not engage with private activities which may be detrimental to the interest of the
company
• Not receive bribes or kickbacks
• Properly utilize company funds and properties
• Seek clearance from management when engaging outside work or when assuming
similar position in other companies.
• Accept the responsibility of enforcing the code of ethics at all times.

2 Code of Discipline and the Progressive Discipline Method


• The objective of disciplinary action is to correct rather than to
punish the individual.
• When employees commit infractions, disciplinary actions are
imposed, in a progressive manner, after the side of the
employee is heard.
• The progressive discipline method does not regard restitution
of damages or loss as a disciplinary action.
• Progressive disciplinary action does not apply to grave or
major offenses.
