ASSESSMENTS
Available resources was religiously budgeted to support

programs for the 1st Semester CY 2017 to adequately sustain the
implementation of activities and projects. However, the low Obligation
rate of fund allocation will increase as soon as the on-going Unit
Procurement Request (UPR) thru Procurement Center Philippine Army
(PAPC) will be approved and the remaining unimplemented activities and
projects will be sustained by this Command.

Recommendee/s of this Command to undergo Distribution and increased of quota allocation for career
schooling specially career courses are not all courses based on the needed and programmed schooling by
accommodated. this Command.
Funds for the registration, smoke emission test and Decentralization of funds for the registration, smoke emission
