 Originally known as EasyVan, Lalamove was launched to

satisfy a specific logistical need - van hiring. Started in Hong
Kong in December 2013, Lalamove now operates in over 100
cities across Mainland China, South East Asia and India.
Today, Lalamove unceasingly matches 15,000,000 registered
customers with a pool of 2,000,000 drivers of vans, trucks
and motorcycles.

Lalamove Phi lippines, Inc . (“Lal amove ”) i s committed to the secure

processing of the per sonal data it acquires from or per tai ning to t he user s
of its website (“ Website”), mobile devi ce sof tware appli cati on (“Lalam ove
App”) and/or ser vices (“User s” or, indi vidually, “User”), as well as licensed
driver s who install the Lalamove App on a mobile device, and have been
accredited with Lalamove as par t of a pool of driver s who may b e willing,
at their sol e discreti on, to provide pi ck -up, transpor tati on of parcel s, and
deliver y ser vices as well as any add -on ser vi ces (“Pri vate Carrier
Ser vi ces”) to a User (“Par ticipating Driver s”) . In this regard, Lalam ove
shall ensure that its processing of such per sonal data is in accordance
with the Data Pri vacy Act of 201 2 (“DPA”), it s Impl ementing Rul es and
Regulati ons (“DPA IRR”), i ssuance s of the Nati onal Pri vacy Commissi on
(“NPC”) and other applicable laws and regulations on data
pri vacy. Thi s Privacy Policy (For User s and Par tic ipating Driver s) is in li ne
with Lalamove’s commitment to the protection of privacy rights.
