Comparison

• Manufacturing of previous design inclusive of


swirl not feasible due to increased complexity
in machining
• Therefore, swirl is removed in the final design
• Outer casing design of orifice has been kept
according to convenience of manufacturer to
avoid extra cost

Join the aducer with the pipe

Join the inlet of pump to the pipe


coming from the aducer.

Join the pump outlet to the inlet of filter


using a pipe and elbow at filter inlet.

Similarly join the Filter further to the


nozzles using a T-union.
