To create and implement a lesson plan that
will integrate other subjects and EsP matters
in EsP wherein there is significant relation to
the subject matter
Review the ideas of the other subject areas
that is possible to add or connect to the
lesson
e.g. Grade 9 Topic is Lipunang Pang –
ekonomiya can be connected to Araling
Panlipunan’s Supply and Demand
Review the past lessons in EsP and connect it
with the current lesson
e.g. Grade 9 Topic is Lipunang Pang –
ekonomiya can be connected to Grade7 EsP

Utilize
varied teaching strategies to improve
the students’ literacy and numeracy skills
Topromote literacy skills the EsP teachers
uses sabayang pagbigkas/pagbasa/pagsagot,
ask the students to make a “pagninilay” after
the lecture, make the students a “batayang
konsepto” wherein they will be able to
create a new learning from the discussion,
uses metacards wherein students will write
their answers to a certain lesson
Topromote numeracy skills the EsP teachers
uses graphs wherein the students will
quantify their answers such as “TinaPie”,
checklist were used to get the
rank/percentage of the class answers,uses
“timeline” to get the age (EsP lesson about
Career)
Usesdifferent teaching strategies to let the
learners enhance their creativeness, critical
and complex (HOTS) thinking
Uses stories, case analysis, situational, movie clips
and songs to reflect wherein students will be asks
questions for them to dig dipper the concept of the
topic, make generalizations, evaluations, reflections,
conclusions and moral lesson.
E.g. A clip about “Pambubulas” below are the questions
to be asks.
1. Ano ang pambubulas ayon sa napanood na palabas?
2. Naranasan ninyo na ba ang pambubulas? Magbigay ng halimbawa.
3. Ano ang inyong naramdam kung kayo ay nabubulas?
4. Ano ang mga dahilan at epekto ng pambubulas?
5. Sinu-sino ang mga taong dapat pong hingan ng tulong kung ikaw ay
nabubulas?
6. Bilang mag-aaral, paano ka makakatulong upang maiwasan ang pambubulas?
And then students will have a role play on how to stop bullying or make a
brochure/campaign about bullying.
Useclassrooms activities that are significant
and timely to the students generation
wherein they are comfortable in doing it
The teachers group the students accordingly
and gives a rule/instruction before starting
the activity to facilitate a smooth process.
Activities such as role playing, puppet
showing, movie and song analysis, group
discussions, classroom survey, think-pair-
share are used since it does not need big
space
Handle the students behaviour using positive
discipline, non-violent, respectful and
diplomatic ways.
Before an activity will start instructions or
rules are given to manage the students’
behaviour
If a certain student commit an unbecoming
behaviour such making noise during class
discussion or bad mouthing, the EsP teacher
usually catch the attention of the student
and remind them the rules or the teacher
will approach the student
Utilizes
a varied approaches/strategies to
cater the needs of the students in terms of
their gender, interests, experiences and
interests
This
can be done by giving a group activity
based on their interests such as singing,
dancing, acting, drawing, reporting and
others. The groupings is not based on their
gender but the number of person in it.

pagninilay.
