SERVICING OF THE FILTER


 Unhook 3 clips around perimeter of
filter cover and remove the filter cover
 Extract the main filter element, Clean
the inside of the filter with clean cloth
Primary  Clean the main filter element using
filter
compressed air from inside
 Assemble all of part & mount it

TURBO TYPE AIR PRE- CLEANER

SERVICING OF THE FILTER


 Unhook 3 clips around perimeter of
filter cover and remove the filter cover
 Extract the main filter element, Clean
the inside of the filter with clean cloth
 Clean the main filter element using
compressed air from inside
 Assemble all of part & mount it

MUD FILTER OR WATER SEPRATOR

SERVICING OF THE FILTER

 Open and raise the engine tilt hood


 Place a container with suitable capacity under the
filter.
 Hold the primer and loosen the breather screw
 Unscrew and remove the cartridge (White Case)
 Apply a thin layer of clean oil on the seal of the new
cartridge
 Assemble the new cartridge
 Manually screw in the cartridge until the seal touches
the filter head
 Tighten further by 3/4 of a turn.
 Bleed the fuel system
(NOTE: Over tightening can damage the filter seal)

 Operating Temperature: -30°C to 80°C
 Pressure Drop (At Cartridge): 0.12 bar max.
 Service Cycle: Change in every 500hours

FUEL FILTER ASSY (CARTRIDGE TYPE)

SERVICING OF THE FILTER


 Open and raise the engine tilt hood
 Clean the filter assembly externally
 Loosen the bleed screw
 Unscrew the fuel filters and discard
 Clean the filter mounting surface
 Apply a thin film of clean oil on the new oil filter sealing
ring and install the filter
 Turn until the sealing ring contacts the mounting
surface
 Then tighten an additional 3/4 to 1 full turn (Do not over
tighten)
 With the bleed screw loose, prime the fuel system with
the help of priming pump
 Start the engine and ensure no fuel is leaking

FILTER, ENGINE OIL (SPIN-ON)

SPECIFICATION
 Flow Rating: 50 LPM
 Element Rating (Capacity): 31-35µ (microns)
 Operating Temperature: -30°C to 80°C
 Tightening Torque: 25-30 Nm
 Service Cycle: After first 50Hours then Change
in every 500hours Filter & 500hours Engine Oil

FILTER , ENGINE OIL ASSY (SPIN-ON)

SERVICING OF THE OIL FILTER


 Open and raise the engine tilt hood.
 Place a container with suitable capacity under the engine.
 Remove the cap of the filler neck.
 Remove the engine crankcase drain valve.
(NOTE: Drain the engine oil when hot. The oil will flow more easily)
 Now wait for the oil to completely flow out of the engine.
 Tighten the drain plug. Torque: 95 N·m (70 lb ft.).
 Unscrew and remove the cartridge
 Apply a thin layer of clean oil on the seal of the new cartridge
(NOTE: Do not fill the new filter with oil before installing it)
 Assemble the new cartridge
 Manually screw in the cartridge until the seal touches the support
 Tighten it further by 3/4 of a turn

FILTER, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

SPECIFICATION:
 Flow Rating: 60 LPM
 Element Rating: 10µ
 Operating Temp.: -40ºC - 100 ºC
 Pressure Drop: 0.3 (max)
 By Pass Setting: 2.5 ± 0.03 bar (min.)
 Service Cycle:
1)Filter: every 500 hours
2) HYD Oil: every 1000 hours

FILTER, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
SERVICING OF THE FILTER:
Remove breather with a special tool to release
pressure inside tank
Dismantle bolts and nuts of the top cover of filter
assembly and remove the top cover
(NOTE: Ensure that sensor & O-ring do not get
damaged)
Clean magnets on inner surface of this top cover.
Remove the spring from filter assembly.
Remove the filter and separate the cap from it.
Take a new filter and fit the cap on it.
Put the filter inside the filter assembly.
Install spring on it.
Install top cover with the O-ring and bolts and nuts.
Install breather with a special tool

MAINTENANCE – RADIATOR & OIL COOLER

 Remove the front grille.


 Unscrew the fixing screw and remove the intercooler.
 Clean the intercooler and radiator using:
• Compressed air with a pressure lower than 7.0 bar
(101.5 psi) to remove dry dust.
• Water jet to remove mud.
• A detergent-based solution, preferably applied
with a low-pressure cleaner, to remove oily dust.
 Make sure all dirt and debris have been removed
especially
 in the area between the radiator and the intercooler.
 Reassemble the intercooler and related piping.
 Reassemble the front grille.

MAINTENANCE - BATTERY

 Remove the batteries from the machine. Store them


on a wooden table in a dry, cool, well ventilated
room, if possible at a temperature above 0 °C (32
°F) [optimum temperature 20 °C (68 °F)].
 Perform the following operations:
• Clean the battery.
• Check the acid concentration and the
electrolyte level every two weeks.
• Fully recharge the battery when the acid
concentration drops to 1.23 kg
• Keep the outside of the batteries clean and dry.

MAINTENANCE – HYDRAULIC OIL

 Place a container with suitable capacity under


the hydraulic oil tank
 Unscrew and remove the filler cap and the drain
plug
 Let the oil drain completely.
 Install and tighten the drain plug
 Torque:151 -174 N·m (111 - 128 lb ft)
(NOTICE: Hydraulic oil should be drained at the hydraulic
oil tank only)

 Fill with clean oil until the level reaches the
