What is the PMT 2020?
THE PHILIPPINES MORAL TRANSFORMATION 2020
IS A Two-pronged Program:

1. Gabay ng Bayan – Gabay sa Barangay: a Kontra

– Corrupt; Kontra – Droga Initiative,
implemented by Yeshua Change Agents and
2. Bawat Tahanan, Sambahan – Bawat Pamilya
May Kapilya: an Anti-Rebellion and a Drug
Demand Reduction initiative implemented by
Yeshua Men of Covenant

• Highly-trained GABAYs of Yeshua
Change Agents (YCA),
• Partners in implementing RA 9165 thru
its KONTRA DROGA - EDSA-ILaw
(Eradicate Delinquency Substance Abuse
through Implementation of the Law)
Program –
• DDB Resolution 148 s2010 –
 YCA GABAYs Shall Assist LGUs:
1. Activate the Administrative Board and
Revitalize ADAC (Anti Drug Abuse Council)
2. Properly Implement Barangay Clearing
Operations and, Initiate Rehabilitation
programs (Community and Institutional
Based)
3. Assist LGUs in the implementation of the
Bawat Tahanan, Sambahan, an Anti-Rebellion
and a Drug Demand Reduction Initiative.

Bawat Pamilya May Kapilya
GABAYs of Yeshua Men of Covenant, well-versed
in Word (Logos) Approach Counselling shall
establish continuing fora and engagements with
LGU officials and public servants in their
respective locales, in line with EO 70.
YMCs are trained to be:
a. Committed Servants of God, leaders of men;
b. Men who are dedicated to raise with integrity
godly, abundant families as backbone of a
godly, progressive and prosperous nation.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
IMMEDIATE
1) To help men and woman develop godly
moral character and work ethics.
2) To help them assume their godly roles in
their homes as parents or members of a
family so they prosper, be in good health
even as they enjoy their married life and are
committed in nation-building
3) To help men and women with troubled
marriage to regain peace in their homes.
 LONG TERM Goal
Build a nation of godly men - servants of God,
leaders of men and households - who share
one another’s burden in pursuit of their goal,
to wit:
1.To build ideal, godly homes;
2.To be active in their community, providing
leadership and;
3. To be an honest public servant, engaged in
nation building.
4. To be a Covenanted Man with our Creator, and
helping others to be fulfilled and successful.
 How Implement PMT 2020
• Governors and City Mayors to invite all their local
government executives: mayors and their
councils; Barangay Chairmen and their councils,
in the launching of the PMT.
• Two representatives from their respective ADACs
(representing the Religious and Socio-Civic
Sectors) be requested to attend.
• The two representatives shall be oriented and
enabled as PMT Program Implementer in the
continuing seminar-forum every Saturday in
their locale.
 The Representatives from the
Religious and the Socio-Civic Sectors
• The Representative from the Religious Sector
shall be the implementor of the Bawat
Tahanan, Sambahan – Bawat Pamilya May
Kapilya: an Anti-Rebellion and a Drug
Demand Reduction initiative
• The Representative from the Socio Civic
Sector shall be the implementor of the
Gabay ng Bayan – Gabay sa Barangay: a
Kontra – Corrupt; Kontra – Droga Initiative
 Seminar – Fora Venues
• The proposed Venue of the Seminar-Fora for
the Representatives from the Barangay ADACs
shall be in their respective Municipal Halls.
• The proposed Venue of the Seminar-Fora for
the Representatives from Town ADACs shall
be in the Provincial Capitol.
• The proposed Venue of the Seminar-Fora for
the Representatives from the City BADACs
shall be the City Hall.
 Orientation and Organizational
Conferences
• To expedite the realization of The Philippines
Moral Transformation 2020 Vision, the Office
of the Presidential Adviser for Religious Affairs
shall initiate Orientation and Organizational
Conferences in the Provinces and Cities.
• Purpose of the O&O Conferences is
1. To develop more YCA and YMC Facilitators
and Speaker/Trainors in the localities.
2. To institutionalize the Philippines Moral
Transformation program.
