Complete & presentable handwritten notes =
subject for checking and possible of earning 50 points
that will be added and evenly distributed to each
score of quizzes.

ATTENDANCE
According to CHED policy, total number of absences
by the students should not be more than 20% of the
total number of meetings or 9 hours for a three unit
course. Students incurring more than 9 hours (2
weekly meetings) of unexcused absences
automatically gets a failing grade regardless of class
standing.
ATTENDANCE
Students can be excused from the class attendance
if and only if he/she has school activity or
emergency, given that he/she has provided an
excuse letter 1 week before the date he/she will be
absent – this is for expected absence only. In the
case of emergency due to personal matters, excuse
letter can be submitted on the next meeting that
he/she will be present already in class.

SUBMISSION OF ASSESSMENT TASKS
Late submission of learning activities will not be
accepted
WRITTEN EXAMINATION
There will be 3 quizzes covering the intended
modules. The final examination will be the
summative assessment of all modules.
If a student fails to take any scheduled exam due
to absence but he/she has been legitimately
excused, he/she can still take a special quiz
No remedial quiz for this course.
HONOR, DRESS AND GROOMING CODES
Students must abide with the dress and
grooming codes of the institute.
For this course, the honor code is that there
will be no plagiarizing on written work and no
cheating on exams. If a student is caught
cheating on any exam, he or she will zero mark
for that exam. If a student is caught cheating
twice, the student will be referred to the
prefect of student affairs and be given a failing
grade.
