 Jawed Habib Hair & Beauty Studio is one of the largest


chains of unisex salons in the country. The promoter,
Jawed Habib, is a renowned celebrity hairstylist and
has been the official hairstylist for the Femina Miss
India beauty pageants (2003). The salon giant is also
renowned for the number of salon academies that
produce talented, well-trained stylists each year. They
offer a range of hair and skin care treatments to suit
every customer's need in an ambiance condition.

Product

 Product means the goods-and-services combination,


the company offers to the target market to satisfy his
or her want or need.
 JH would cater to complete hair & beauty needs to
customers at an affordable pricing.
Price

 Price is the amount the consumer must exchange to receive


the offering. This is the only element in marketing which
produces revenues for the business organisation. In simple
word “price is the money we pay for the product/services”
This does not necessarily mean it should be the cheapest
available because customers are usually happy to pay a little
more for something that works really well for them.
 Pricing would be kept competitive compared to other
similar salons but would deliver much better customer
experience.
Place

 The product should be available from where your target


consumer finds it easiest to shop. It simply means
marketing channel or a trade channel or a distribution
channel to reach out to the customer.
 JH hair salon is for upper middle class; hence it will be
available at high foot falls retail space like Shopping
Mall, Airports and Housing complexes.
Promotion

 Promotion includes all of the activities marketers


undertake to inform consumers about their products
and to encourage potential customers to buy these
products
 The Promotional activities within the shopping mall,
airports and Housing complexes will play a major role
in it along with occasional national level promotional
campaigns.
People

 All human actors who play a part in service delivery


and thus influence the buyers’ perceptions.
 JH will get it’s customers from the people entering in
malls, airports and housing complexes, and hence they
will be there potential customers. Potential customers
will be served by professionally qualified Hair Stylists.
Process

 The actual procedures, mechanisms, and flow of


activities by which the service is delivered
 The delivery of service is usually done with the
customer present so how the service is delivered is
once again part of what the consumer is paying for.
 A team of qualified stylist will serve the customers as
per their requirements. An efficient HRIS and ERP will
help in the smooth operations and administration of
all JH Hair salon’s.
Physical Evidence

 The environment in which the service is delivered, and


where the firm and customer interact, and any tangible
components that facilitate performance or
communication of the service.
 A simple, clean, up to 750 sq.f.t shop inside a mall,
airport or housing complexes across India reflect the
objective of JH. It is an arrangement for a relaxing
experience.
