Job Description of German Teacher
Job Title: German Language Teacher

Job Description:
1. Male/Female teacher who can teach low to medium level German language to students of grade VIII.
2. We are hiring two teachers with basic education who has gained certification of master's degree in German
along with minimum 2-3 years teaching experience.
3. Teachers should be well versed with Indian education system.

Job Duties:
1. Basic school working hours (morning shift) around 40 hours a week.
2. To teach German language from the basics and conduct examinations as per school's curriculum

Job Description – Subject Coordinator
Job Title: Subject coordinator

Job description:
We require a math and a science co ordinator who can Evaluate and provide leadership for the overall
Social Studies instructional programs. Provide leadership and coordination to provide an aligned and
articulated instructional program in Math and Science

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate the review, development, and revision of all subject area programs and related
curriculum ,documents and materials, including curriculum guides, course outlines, and teaching plans.
Plans, improves, and oversees testing programs for the assigned subject area. Maintain a staff library of
publications, supplementary materials, and supplies relevant to the assigned subject area. Disseminate
information regarding current research and significant developments on the state and national levels in
area assigned.
Job requirement :

Education/Certification:
• Master’s degree in education administration or curriculum and instructionValid Texas mid-management or other appropriate
Texas supervisor certificate
• Certified Professional Development & Appraisal System (PDAS) appraiser
• Special Knowledge/Skills:
• Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation
• Ability to evaluate instruction programs and teaching effectiveness
• Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners
• Ability to implement and interpret policy, procedures, and data
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience :Three years experience as a classroom teacher with additional experience in instructional leadership roles

Working hours : 7am - 3pm


Selection Process
First Round: Teachers amplitude test
Some questions asked in test are :
• After screening the results of the test conducted For all those whose
score is above 80 they qualify for the second round that is the PI
round

• After the PI round the demo lectures are conducted for the short
listed ones

Induction
Induction is the support and guidance provided to new teachers and school administrators in the early
stages of their careers.
New Teacher Induction Program begins with seven days in early June at the beginning of the school year.
Participation is mandatory for teachers so they are required to participate.

On the morning of Day 1


New teachers are greeted by the superintendent and members of the supervisory staff.
Day 2
Continues with instructional practices. New teachers, in their cooperative groups, actually write
instructional objectives and plan sample lessons.

On Day 3
new teachers get a chance to meet all the other employees employed throughout the school during the
convocation.
Principals will outline their expectations for staff for the upcoming school year and view the school’s data.
Based on this data, staff will set goals and strategies.
On Day 4 training will shift to the curriculum. Teachers will be introduced to what should be
taught in the classroom.
On Day 5 training will involve effective instruction in the classroom. Teachers will implement
instructional planning based on frameworks. Other important concepts
discussed on this day include: instructional delivery, classroom rituals and routines,
collaborative teaching models, and technological resources.

On Day 6 staff will review formative and summative assessments. They will learn the
assessment cycles implemented by the school

On Day 7 staff will close out the Teacher Academy training. During the afternoon, they will go
into their buildings and prepare their classrooms for the arrival of students.
