Benefits Basic Settings

 The configuration was based on a general use case in KSA/UAE.

Company A has two 2 health plans(2 policies):


•Policy No. 226-AYH-2010 (valid from 1/1/2010 to 31/12/9999)
-Insurance company: NCCI Insurance
-Coverage for all employee dependents
-Classes:
Class VIP -EE contribution 0% -ER contribution 100% - Job Grade 12 and above
Class A - EE contribution 20%-ER contribution 80% - Job Grades 11 to 10
Class B - EE contribution 10%-ER contribution 90% - Job Grades 9 to 8

Assume: Cost deducted quarterly, Base amount 1000 AED;

•Policy No. 345-XCV-2010 (valid from 1/9/2009 to 31/12/9999)


-Insurance company: ACE Insurance
-Coverage up to max. of 3 dependents (kids up to 18 years are only covered)
-Classes:
Class 3 - EE contribution 20% -ER contribution 80% - Job Grade 7 to 5
Class 4 - EE contribution 20%-ER contribution 80% - Job Grades 4
Class 5 - EE contribution 10%-ER contribution 90% - Job Grades 3 and below

Assume: Cost deducted monthly, Base amount 1000 AED;

The default value comes from features BAREA,BENGR and BSTAT;


When Click “SAVE” button, you will automatically enter in to the enrollment screen, it’s
the same as you use transaction “HRBEN0001” to directly enter into the enrollment
screen.

After a successful enrollment, there’ll be a new entry created in
