and Request for a Bigger Work Place

DESCRIPTION/INTRODUCTION
Computer set’s use is very important in many
workplaces. As a result, computers have become an
important part of how companies conduct business as
well as how their employees perform their job tasks. It
usually has a Desktop, System Unit, Mouse and a
Keyboard. Also, a bigger and clean workplace is also
relevant in many companies. Different departments
should have this kind of office so that they can perform
properly the assigned task for them.

RATIONALE
CURRENT CONDITION
 
The Collection Department in REX Printing has limited computers. They
only have three(3) set of computers, yet they are 15 in their department.
Also, they stay in a very small workplace where they can’t do their work
properly because there is no enough space for the employees and don’t
have enough room for their receipts, documents and even personal things.
 PROBLEM
ENCOUNTERED/LIMITATIONS
Not having enough computers makes works slower and not
productive. There were times that tasks are not finished due to the
lack of computer sets. It is also hard for everyone to work properly
because there is no enough space for every employee. Some
needs to go out just to give space for their co-workers.

SOLUTIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS
The purchase of new computer set will help employees to do
their work properly and faster. It will also prevent interruption of
works and encoding of payments and receipts will be more

ESTIMATED USEFUL LIFE
Our product proposal is expected to last for 7 to 9 years as far as is it
properly and carefully used and a workplace will stay as long as it is kept
clean.

documents where it is easily find by using different folders.
2. Data and receipts can be easily encoded and files can be easily arrange
because of their wide place.

1. Since many things can be done by using computers, works who

needs a lot of time like encoding receipts and delivery receipts,
it can be done more faster and convenient. Also, a wide
workplace will make the employees do their work more
comfortably.
2. Transactions with other departments can be easily done and will
be more accessible
