In course of the training I came through the working pattern of the office
along with professionalism also the basic practical experience at the site
helped a lot .Design methods, different construction methods ,basic
details of the building elements and on-site experience are to name a few
to which I was exposed to. Along with it the firm gave me enough
opportunities and encouragement to think independently about the
design solutions.

INTRODUCTION – CONDOMINIUM RESIDENCE
A condominium is similar to an apartment, but you actually buy your condo, which is a share of the
building. Some condo buildings have several floors with separate owners each living on one floor of the
building. Other condos have multiple units on each floor. A board of directors oversees the rules for the
condo complex. Individual condo units may also be "detached," which means they stand alone, much like a
single family home. Others are connected -- some condos share common exterior walls

I choose this project because as a resident, I like an establishment . where it was originally or currently being
used by a host as their main place of dwelling or home

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This residence is located at At 296 GAGAN VIHAR DELHI . This residence at DELHI is basically three storey +
ground floor parking residence in which each space has unique blend of style, comfort. The wide windows in
the feeling of the great outdoors inside the homes while allowing maximum natural light, making your
home airy and ambient while it open only open from two sides.

The bedrooms are spacious with clear corners giving a feeling of freedom and space with an unbounded
pleasure . A little further is the modular kitchen .
The bathrooms are equipped with the best of fittings and finishes that ensure excellence
in durability, functionality and style.Attention to details, wooden flooring and an array of amenities are
integrated into the living spaces making everyday living a pleasure.

•Generally dry & hot but humid during monsoon.
•Monsoon lasting for about three months.

•The annual average rainfall is 600- 700mm. On an average there are 30 to 40 rainy days. The variation in rainfall is
appreciable.
HUMIDITY
•The average relative humidity reaches around 80% in January and February, declining to 45-55% from April to June.

TERRACES AND IT IS PLANNED TO PUT IN RAIN WATER HARVESTING CARRIAGE SYSTEM, IN WHICH SOIL AND DOMESTIC WASTE GENERATED BY
WELLS. INDIVIDUAL BUILDING UNITS WILL BE COLLECTED INTO A COLLECTION
•THE OVER FLOW WILL BE TAKEN OUT AND DISPOSED TO THE OUTER CHAMBER, THROUGH SOIL AND WASTE PIPING SYSTEM.

THE MANHOLES IS CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK MASONRY AS PER STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS OF NATIONAL BUILDING CODE AND SHALL
BE HAVING DETAILS AS FOLLOWS :
TYPE `A’ - RECTANGULAR OF SIZE 900X1200MM UPTO 1.5 METRE DEPTH.
TYPE `B’ - CIRCULAR OF SIZE 1400MM DIA FOR DEPTH 1.5 M AND ABOVE.
MINIMUM DEPTHS OF MANHOLE ON BRANCHES - 1.0 M ON LATERALS AND MAINS - 1.5 M

• MANHOLES IS PROVIDED AT ALL JUNCTIONS, CHANGE OF DIRECTIONS, AS PER CONNECTION REQUIREMENT FROM
EVERY HOUSE/UNIT AND FOR ANY SIGNIFICANT DROP IN LEVELS.
• A DISTANCE OF 35 METRES ON THE MAIN TRUNK SEWER LINES, DEPENDING ON DIA OF PIPE AND LOCAL
CONDITIONS

PARKING
• Covered parking : It is provided in the ground floor.
• Space is provided for EIGHT cars.
