technology. It largely inflict great impact
in the lives of the community and
contributes sufficiently in the period of
globalization and modernization.

 It generally refers to an idea that
includes any form of communication
devices or measures in the
atmosphere of technology that is to
convey, transfer, deliver, manipulate
and store data by the use of electronic
means.
 ICT comprises and compose of the different
innovative gadgets like radio, television, cellular
phones, computer and network hardware and
software, satellites systems including
teleconferencing, videoconferencing, and
alternative technology learning. It also includes all
technology used to manage telecommunications,
social media, networking systems, transmissions
and transistors mechanism, basic network control,
monitoring positions and functions.
 As to meaning, technology is simply
defined as the branch of technological science
that deals with knowledge of creation and use
of technical means a kin to their relationship
with life, community and environment. In
simple terms, technology refers to those
machineries, equipment, devices, computers,
tools and automobile that provide solution to
any field of human activity.

that we dominantly use to provide solutions on our task.
It referred as the " hardware " that is created to provide
relief and solve practical problems. Known as "objet d'art
or Artefact" that includes human creation or masterpiece
of technology. ( e.g. equipments, machines, tools )
2. TECHNOLOGY AS KNOWLEDGE
Technology makes use of the solicitation on "formal
knowledge". It refers to the application of science and
technology producing and concluding better outcomes.
3. TECHNOLOGY AS PROCESS
Technology primarily involves process. It deals with
the proper procedures, steps and protocols on related
activities applying technical knowledge and capability. It
mandates faithful observance and control of systematic
operation
4. TECHNOLOGY AS A PREFERENCE, CHOICE, WILL OR
VOLITION
An effective way to produce sustainable and well-
grounded technology must be driven with unrestricted
motivation and stable power.

resist technology, meaning refusing technological learning.

The active collaboration of Human Resources and
technology deliver greater advantage. Having technology
gives a positive result, efficient, and production.

One great advantage and contribution of
technology is evident in terms of availability of

Spending extensive time playing computer
games and surfing the net till morning to dawn. This
is unpleasant since it will ripen into a habit that
destroys the career and well-being of the youth.
• Subject to harassment
Unwarranted exposure to internet websites gives the
chance to be subject of harassment and cyberbullying.
Information here and then are elicited violating the right
to privacy of individuals.
• Social isolation and loneliness
The judgmental community and discriminatory
practices of society aggravates social isolation. Since
everything can be found through the use of technology,
many people neglect to experience physical affection and
socialization.
• Employment flux
Businesses and organizations are not prohibited to
choose and adopt technologies that gives lesser cost of
expenditures and more on income. The shift to technology
utilization rather than human workforce generally result to
loss of employment, retrenchment and recall.

learning.
USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN:
In schools, apparently it serves as a vital role in the
community and plays significant part of the learning
process. For example, students are more often actively
engaged in projects when technology is incorporated.
In business, in order to save time and money, many
investors opt to choose the use of labor saving devices
and machineries than to elect human forces.
Companies prefer more refined technology to help
manage their business.
 Many countries around the globe attain success
and development by welcoming technological openings
and opportunities. Certainly, technology can never
replace human beings, we are created especially for a
purpose and so technology was created by humans. We
should consider that in this technological world, we
must reflect in everyday dealings the effective and
efficient utilization of technology. In this instance, we
will experience suitable and comfortable environment
that definitely improves the lives of all while spending
quality time with the we love most.
