 The proposal was going to be a venue for more future national and
international Esports events, tournaments, conventions, and
launchings.
 The proposal will have a training facility for aspiring and professional

ABOUT THE PROPOSAL
• As of 2019, 3.3 million are recorded to suffer depression in the Philippines
with suicide rate of 2.5 percent for male and 1.7 percent for females per
100,000

• The United Nations estimated more than 800,000 people suffered from
various types of mental health condition such as depression, anxiety disorders
and post- traumatic stress disorders from people lashed by typhoon Yolanda

• Access to mental health care are uneven, most mental health care are in NCR

• Horticulture Therapy promotes the therapeutic benefits of garden

environments. This therapy helps improve memory, cognitive abilities, task
initiation, language skills and socialization
• Virtual Reality work like traditional exposure therapy –
where therapists guide patients through imagined
scenarios - virtual realities for phobias, various forms of
anxiety, and PTSD are designed to desensitize patients
over time
• there are alarming cases of mental health in eastern
visayas. Since 2012,Government hospital of eastern
visayas are examining 1000 patient a year
• Eastern visayas region has only 2 hospital that provide
basic mental health services.

ABOUT THE PROPOSAL
• Agro Eco-Tourism is a place where they teach people how
to farm and show unique wildlife and nature of that place
• Quezon Province was considered as the food basket of
southern Luzon
• Quezon remains as the top agricultural producer in region
4-A, mostly 42 percent of Palay in Region 4-A was
produced from Quezon, also 75 percent of corn, 26
percent of fruit, 86 percent of coconut and 62 percent of
vegetable
• Upland farming was one of the farmers way of farming with 3
system. The vegetable-based farming, vegetable+ passion fruit
farming and vegetable+coconut based farming
• Mt. Banahaw was known for the Philippine raspberry (sampinit)
