INTRODUCTION

The population is growing and the challenge is to solve the problem of hunger in
the world and the impact that industrial waste generates on the planet. In the future
we could destroy ourselves if we don't do something to change it; in the world we
are 7,735,000,000 people of which 800,000,000 are in a state of poverty, that is, 1
in 9 and every minute a child dies from malnutrition. The objective of this project is
to educate the population about better feeding and food rationing to mitigate the
social and environmental impact of the world population starting with Palmira /
Colombia.

Industrialization of food

Biodiversity: impose species on habitats by modifying their nutrients

Desertificacion: intensive agriculture extracts nutrients from the soil and cannot be replenished

Local Production: globalization has managed to bankrupt small producers

Nutrition: The nutritional value is reduced, making food cheaper and increasing health problems

Water: The irrigation of crops and use of this resource in the industry is depleting fresh water

Conclusions

 The substitution of beef with beans in meal patterns will significantly reduce the environmental
footprint worldwide and should also be encouraged to reduce the prevalence of non-
communicable chronic diseases. Societies must work together to change the perception that red
meat (e.g. beef) is the mainstay of an affluent and healthy diet.
 Is the vital importance that people change the life manner beginning for small daily changes on
the other hand if we follow doing wrong things probably wouldn’t have world in that to live.
