Analysis:

There are two kinds of descriptive words: an


adjective and an adverb. An adjective describes a
noun or pronoun. It clearly defines the noun or
pronoun if it answers the questions what kind, how
many, or which
one. An adverb describes an adjective, a verb, or
another adverb. It tells how, when, where, or to what
extent about the words they modify.
Uses of Adjectives
1.The old vehicle requires an overhaul repair.
2. She saved money for his two baseball bats.
3. Hand me the yellow pencil, please.
Use of Adverbs
1.The Olympic delegates arrived in the country
last night.
2.They talked happily.
3. The athlete practices quite often.
