 Motivation can push you like a hungry lion.


 There are two things that motivate us to
success: Inspiration or Desperation
If you easily get tired, you're
not lazy…
You are simply not motivated
enough!

 A person is who is not self motivated can


achieve something
 A person is who is motivated by someone
can achieve anything easily
 A person who is self motivated can achieve
everything .
 Achievement is connected with both
individual and group objectives.

Motivation is not merely an emotion.
Instead, it is more of an attitude. Motivation is
all about responding to external and internal
factors in order to successfully realize your
goals

Needs-are same for everyone depending on


categories.-(Maslow-has categorized needs into 5
types.
Self fulfillment

Once the lower need is satisfied-the other
becomes dominant.

Time-Oriented
Tangible
Short-term
A goal that can be achieved in a relative short
period of time
(completing the course with good percentage)
Long-term
A goal that takes a long period of time to
achieve
Ex: To become CEO of some company

 Identify the goal – List all your dreams


 Prepare a goal statement – Read one hour per day
 Check your goals harms the interest of anybody
 Goal is positive, practical, flexible, time bound ,
measurable
 Focus on your most successful moments in life
 Identify the internal and external obstacles in
achieving each goal
And you may have defined your goals,
worked out a strategy too, but if you do
not have MOTIVATION??

Motivation is also the factor that helps a person take
up challenges and that makes life worthwhile.
 Every person needs to have a self-motivating factor.
Tough thing is identifying that factor(as said-
interests-inculcate interests by framing goals)
As a management student and future managers ,
need to self motivate as well as act as motivators for
others

highly energetic folks, enthusiastic men and women
who want to achieve something great and believe
in greater aspirations
 We agree that because -think of the achievers
who transformed this world
 Digging deeply, all achievers embody the
spirit of excellence, the pursuit of
perfection.
 They represent performance level that most
cant hope to achieve.
 They are always self motivated to achieve .

action and fought for freedom of rights
