The Way They Have A Conversation

O British people usually speaks in a low

voice while american usually speaks
a louder and clearer.
O British people avoid to have eye
contacs when having conversation,
they find it intimidating
O British people people drop tearms of
endearment more casually than
American
 RELIGION
O American are more religious than
british
 FOOD AND DRINKS
O British people love to drink so much
but do you know that in UK drinks
are usually searved without ice ? It is
rare for them to drink with ice. While
in America it’s a little weird if a
restaurant doesn’t serve ice.
 RULES
O Cars are coming from the other way
O In America it’s common to see
people keeping a gun on the street
since it is legal but in UK it is weird
to see people keeping a gun with
them, even police doesnt carry guns
on the street
 WORK PLACE
O Compared to British, Americans work
harder and put in more hours.
O This is due to “the americans
dream”, which is a belief that those
who work diligently will achieve their
definition of success.
 ENTERTAINMENT
O Many cultural export are exchanged
between the US and UK, such as
television shows like American Idol
and The Office, as well as musical
acts that top the charts in both
countries.
