medical errors.
• The main function of the system is to register and store the patient details
and retrieve these details as and when required.
ABSTRACT

at Health center counters.
• It would also help in the complexity of maintaining the records manually
and thus less time is wasted on rework.
• It provides seamless hospital management system wherein patient info can
be maintained in a secure way.
EXISTING SYSTEM

• In existing system, Hospitals currently use a manual system for the

management of critical information.
• It requires numerous paper forms, with data stores spread through out the
hospital management infrastructure.
• Often information is incomplete or does not follow management standards.
• Multiple copies of the same information exist in the hospital and may lead
to inconsistencies in data in various data stores.
PROPOSED SYSTEM

• The proposed system is designed for any hospital to replace their existing
manual paper based system.
• Patients health reports can be accessible either by an administrator or
receptionist after the following two-steps verifications:
 Aadhar no verification

 Bio metric verification

• Thus the online health care management system is highly secured.

ADVANTAGES

the point of care
• Easy to maintain the info in the database wherein all the data is saved via
the application.
• Managing historical patient data is made easy and its less complex with
less effort.
