PROBATION

After your training, you will proceed to a

probationary status for the span of 3
months.
During this probationary status, you will
remain at your initial level for a span of 1
month to 3 month.
 If a teacher reaches a booking rate above 70% of
opened classes (which is the minimum to be
qualified), your payment shall be counted as
follows: (class fee) x (number of FINISHED
classes), however if your booking rate is lower
than 70%, your payment shall be counted as
follows: 70% of (number of OPENED classes) x
(class fee).
During your probationary status, you will be
monitored on your in-class performance, your
student feedbacks and your work attitude.

Your promotion from probation to regulare

status or a higher level will be based on the
following :

• Student feedback
• Course consultant and sales feedback
• Workplace attitude
• Complaints
• Booking rate
After passing the final mock class, the
applicants' overall scores will be evaluated by
the Bedakid staff to determine what level they
will start at.

Trainees can start from Level 1(3.50$), Level

2(3.75$) or Level 3(4.00$).

Teachers can have the opportunity to level up 2

times in a year(12 months period of
employment) depending on their performance.

1.REFERRAL BONUS
If the applicant passed training and has
been working in the company as a
regular teacher for at least 3 months,
the teacher who referred them gets
50$.
 
2.ATTENDANCE BONUS
NO absent, NO leave, NO complaints
from students within 1 month- 25$.

3.GENERAL COURSE

160 booked classes (in a month) - 40$
200 booked classes (in a month) - 60$

CANCELLATION Once - Half of class rate. Twice (Equivalent to the
rate of 1 class/class). Three times - (Equivalent to the
rate of 2 classes/class). Four times - (Equivalent to
the rate of 2 classes/class & face to face talk). Five
times - official warning. Six times-half of that
month’s salary.
LEAVE ARRANGEMENT(VACATIONS, DAYS OFF, ETC.)
160 OR MORE OPENED CLASSES A MONTH - 22 DAYS in the 1st year
(25 DAYS in the 2nd year; 28 DAYS in the 3rd year) spent in the
company.
120-160 OPENED CLASSES A MONTH - 12 DAYS
LESS THAN 120 OPENED CLASSES A MONTH - 8 DAYS.

All teachers will have a certain number of days during a year that they can take as
their off days without any deductions! (Public/state holidays are included in this
number of days you can take – you can work on Public/State holidays or not, it’s up to
you – but days you take off will be counted. Sick leave is also counted here)
If all leaves during one calendar year exceed the number of days already mentioned,
teachers will face deductions according to the list we provide:
• classes with notice (at least 1 day ahead) – “cancel booked class” (see the
“penalties and deductions”)
• classes without notice (same day) – “sudden cancellation” (see the “penalties and
COMMENTS
Teachers are required to submit their comments (with marked
page numbers!) until 6 am (Serbian time) the following day. If you
fail to do so, the class will not be paid and you will get a
written/verbal warning. The 3rd warning will result with immediate
termination.
*Please note: if you encounter problems with submitting the
comment (due to platform issues etc.), take a screenshot and
send it to us (on a QQ, WeChat or Skype Beida group) as a
proof. Someone will assist you and you will not be penalized for
that.
 SALARY SCHEDULE

Payday will be the 15th of the month.

Delays might occur due to the processing

by the third party financial institution.
