The only thing that made us become event planners was the team-work spirit.
We had it planed as to work together and meet some officials and present our idea and
efforts for opening an event planning service.
This business had a long-term promising revenue and is a considered to be a safe
service guaranteeing greater opportunities with each passing day.

celebration, education, marketing or reunion. Events can be classified on

Planning Stage
To pursue our Idea we had to make some arrangements and contracts to show as proof
of our credibility and our efforts to provide the best services.
While thinking out of the box we met some people to give a thrashing look to our
services Fashion Designers, Music Artists, DJ’s, Dancers, Photographer to hire just on a
call on clients demands.
There are still major and minor aspects which we were unable to identify and work on
due to scarce resources in the beginning phase i.e Country wide transport facilities.

panel on true cost rates, the bank will be ensuring all our transactions and a strict
binding contract for 8-9 years from the day of induction of our first event planning

We have made contact with “Car Edge” a car service for the beginning stage and
decided the profit margin according to the requirements of each event that will require

It has been examined while induction that our clientele is skeptical at each step and
their satisfaction levels are higher at lower costs.
In order to maintain our costs, revenue and client satisfaction we have to be
