The most superior material in Golden Gate is US beef imported from top three
processors named JBS Swiff, Tylson, and Cargill. The second rank is Australian
beef fed in 100 days, provided from top two processers JBS Australia and Kilcoy.

The meat cut has good origin, from mid to top rank in the beef market that can
ensure a premium experience for customers. Imported meat takes 35% of total
cost of Golden Gate's food and beverage , in which imported beef accounts for
2,500 tons, equivalent to $18 million annually.
