EFFECTS OF INTEGRATING

MOBILE DEVICES IN
TEACHING AND LEARNING
PROCESS

Statement of the Problem
 
Generally, it aims to determine the
effects of integrating mobile devices
among the students and teachers.
Specifically, this study aims to determine the effects of
integrating mobile devices
in teaching and learning process in terms of:

1.Students’ demographic profile


Age
Sex

2.What are the effects of integrating mobile devices in


teaching and learning process?

3.To provide an overview of the status of the use of mobile


devices for their own educational purposes, including what
kind of mobile device are being used aand how the devices
are being used.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Research Design
 
The design that will be used in this study is
Phenomenology. The methods are interviewing,
observing, and documenting. The study will focus on
the effects of integrating mobile phones in teaching
and learning process particularly on the College
Students of Cagayan State University (CTE).
Locale of the Study

The research will be conducted in Cagayan State


University (CTE). It is located in Cento 2
Sanchez Mira, Cagayan.
Respondents
 
The participants of the study are teachers and
students of College of Teacher Education. There
were total of five participants: one member of this
research study, one random chosen teacher and three
random CTE students.
Sampling Technique
 
The sampling technique that will be used in the
study is Simple Random Sampling Technique
through draw lots.
 
Research instrumentation
 
The questionnaires will be used as the primary
instrument in gathering data of the effects of integrating
mobile devices in teaching and learning process of the
school which will be a guide to gather information to the
students’ demographic profile, what are the effects of
integrating mobile devices in teaching and learning
process and overview of the status of the use of mobile
devices in educational studies, including what kind of
mobile device were being used and how the devices
were used in teaching and learning process to College
Teacher of Education – CSU.
Data Gathering Procedures
 
The researchers will interview the respondents in
College Teacher of Education -CSU. Participants
will be given a series of questions and instruct to
answer their given questionnaires honestly.
Data Analysis
 
Data that will gather from questioners and from the
interview will be organized and analyzed well, these
will be the source for us to determine the effects of
integrating mobile devices in teaching and learning
process of the students.
