Basic movements in hip hop are:
Breaking
Krumping
Swaying
Stumping
Turning
Hopping
Locking
Popping
Groupings.
Form 3 groups. Each will perform 3 basic
hip hop movements.
Simple warm up exercises before dancing hip hop.
Walk forward and back
Four steps forward and four steps backward.
You can repeat it.
