INTRODUCTION

All companies must promote the well-being of their


employees through policies, strategies, and procedures that
guarantee an ideal and safe work environment, reducing
occupational risks with low rates of mortality, accidents,
and absenteeism, mobilizing and training the entire
workforce in terms of health care and risk prevention in
search of quality of work life and full satisfaction for feeling
valued within the organization, which will be reflected in
productivity and competitiveness.
OVERALL OBJECTIVE

 Establish
a plan to improve the standards of
the occupational health and safety
management system (SG-SST) at the
company Bimbo de Colombia S.A.
PROBLEM STATEMENT

¿What are the strategic proposals for


improvement in the implementation of the
Minimum Standards of the occupational health
and safety management system (Sg-sst) in the
implementation in the company Bimbo de
Colombia S.A.?
FINDINGS
 There was a 97% compliance in the workplace accident
compliance of the plant employees.

 In the sales area, there was 98% compliance in the accident rate
matrix.

 No administrative accidents were generated in the administrative


areas
APPROACH TO SOLUTIONS

RECOMMENDATIONS

 Be in constant feedback of the norms or laws.


 Both internal and external personnel are always in optimal
conditions of health and food handling.
 Continue with the programs that are being implemented to
maintain the objective which is to promote healthy styles among all
employees and also to maintain good health and mental well-being.
 Carry out inspections in the operating plants, validating that each
person complies with biosafety standards and improving their
workplaces.
CONCLUSIONS

 People are a fundamental part of the development of the


company, so their physical and mental integrity must be
ensured when implementing this program.
 Occupational safety and health is a multidisciplinary activity
aimed at promoting and protecting the health of workers,
through the prevention and control of occupational diseases
and accidents.
 It is necessary to detect possible risks in the workplace, to
find a way to solve them, in the same way it is important to
train personnel for the work they are going to perform.
