Professionally I am working as an Associate EPM Manager at Huron

Consulting in India. I have over 8.5 Years of experience in IT Industry.

EPM STANDS FOR ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT EPM, which
assists companies in closing their books by helping them deal with
consolidation, financial reporting and disclosure.
I completed my Master in Computer Applications, from Bharati Vidyapeeth
university and I was campus hired by Zensar Tenchologies, where I started
my career as a Sofware Engineer. Here I got first insight into Oracle
Budgeting and Forecasting product called Hyperion. My role was focused
on EPM Infrastructure. From here I discovered my interest in Finance and
to expand my knowledge I joined ADI Strategies as a Consultant. Here I
started working on the application side of the product where I played role
in designing and building the solution along with handling Infra side. As I
was the only infra resource handling over 12 different clients, I got the
opportunity to expand the team and streamline the process. I expanded
the team from 1 to 4 consultants and was promoted to Senior Consultant. I
also travelled to US and ME region for various clients for requirements
gathering and business development
After working in small and mid sized companies, to evolve further I joined IBM as a
package Solution Consultant. Here I got an opportunity to work for multi billion companies
like Vodafone and Honda Motors. I not only managed a team here but also got an
opportunity to work in UK for several months. I was promoted to Senior Advisory
Consultant and my role now was more focused on managing and expanding business with
clients.

I was then offered to join back my previous company ADI strategies, which was by then
acquired by Huron Consulting, as an Associate Manager where I am currently handling
over 16 clients from Middle East.

Apart from work, I love to play sports like badminton, lawn tennis and table tennis. As my
role involves lot of travelling, I am an active member of meetup community that allows me
to play even when I am away from home.

I believe that I have come to an edge of what is possible w/o an MBA and I'm looking to
complement my technical profile with the necessary business understanding.
Goals
• I am currently working as a consultant in a mix of IT and Finance
domain. My short term career goal is to establish myself as a
Consulting Manager after achieving a broader view of the Business
post MBA. The experience that I will gain as a Consulting Manager
complemented with my experience as an IT Consultant will be the
perfect blend to help me achieve my long-term career goal which is to
assume corporate leadership positions and play a major role in driving
changes and innovation in the IT industry.

What I bring to SHU

• I consider myself privileged that for the last few years I have had the
opportunity to work in few most advanced countries like United States,
United Kingdom and UAE and it has made me realize that there is so
much acceptance there which is incredible considering the ethnic
diversities.
• Those were wonderful learning experience and have reinforced my
views of mutual respect for everyone irrespective of profession or
origin. My global experience will add to the collaborative culture which
is the essence of SHU whether it be the classroom or the community.

• In addition to the knowledge in my work domain, I offer to help build a
