 GBT - Time Line
 Tower Foundation -Timeline for completion: 21-23 days. Following activities are completed laying tower foundation:
– Excavation of soil (7 days)
– Leveling of pits and first-level concreting (2 days – for all isolated pits)
– Bar cutting and bending (3 days)
– Adding steel bars to pits as per site layout (2 days – for all isolated pits)
– Footing concrete – for weak soil (2 days – for all isolated pits)
– Curing (2 days – for all isolated pits)
– First-lift/ second level concreting to raise pit level to ground level (2 days – for all isolated pits)
– Curing (2 days – for all isolated pits)
– Backfilling excavated soil into pits (2 days – for all isolated pits)
– Third-level concreting (2 days – for all isolated pits)
– Curing of tower foundation (8 days)

 DG & Shelter Foundation– timeline for completion: 10 days

 Tower Errection - timeline for completion: 5-7 days

 DG, shelter and AC installation - timeline for completion: 2-3 days

 External Electrical work - timeline for completion: 3 days

 Internal Electrical work - timeline for completion: 2-3 days

 Fencing/ boundary wall building - timeline for completion: 7-10 days

 RTT - Time Line
 Tower foundation - timeline for completion: 9 days. Following
activities are completed laying tower foundation:
– Chipping and exposing of steel columns (1 day)
– Insertion of steel rods, only in case column is not present (3
days)
– Bar cutting and bending (3 days)
– Concreting and adding steel bars (1 day)
– Curing (4 days)

 DG and Shelter foundation/ pedestal - timeline for completion: 9

days

 Tower erection - timeline for completion: 4 days

 DG, shelter and AC Installation - timeline for completion: 3 days

 External Electrical work - timeline for completion: 4 days

 Internal Electrical work - timeline for completion: 2-3 days
