Avoiding the downshifting at a high
driving speed…

▷ How ?
1) If the off-road speed is
selected at a high driving
speed, the speed remains
locked and will be
automatically shifted only
after the downshifting point
has been reached.
2) Upshiftings are independent
from the driving speed.

▷ Cases of Troubles
1) Hyd Oil Mixed into mission housing
☞ bad surface condition of #21 block and its
counter block
☞ #20 Steel Gasket failure.

2) Internal Rotary parts failure due to bad Lubrication


☞ Insufficient Transmission oil
☞ Bad functioning of the Relief Valve

Transmission Protection System DHIM C/S

1. The protection against insufficient control pressure (p<24 bar) is realized by a pressure switch.
2. At the same time, be ensured that the driving valves are shifting to NEUTRAL.

1. Trnasmission Ratio : i = 5.35 (Off Road speed), i = 1.39 (Road Speed)


2. Transmission Control Pressure; P = 30 to 35 bar
▷ Valid at oil temperatures of 30 to 40 degree C and control pressure
on Port P1 resp. P2 at lower/upper Diesel Idling Speed.
3. Transmission Control Peak Pressure ; Pmax = 40 bar
▷ Short time pressure peaks at cold start (Oil temperature below –5 degree C)
4. Transmission Control Residual Pressure ; Pmax = 1.0 bar
▷ Residual pressure in the control line P1 resp. P2, connected with the tank.
5. Residual Pressure of Drain line ; Pmax = 1.0 bar
▷ Residual pressure in the leakage oil line (Input housing)
6. Shift Interlock : 75% of max speed in Off Road Speed
▷ Downshifting realized at transmission input speed of about 800rpm.
7. Disengagement Device ; Dog Clutch, so called…
▷ Towing of th working machine
▷ Auxiliary release device of the parking brake
▷ Power flow between input and output will be interrupted
