The purpose of this study is to research

what type or kind of food that is
palatable to the customers. To
determine if it is marketable.

AND ROLLED CHEESE

INGREDIENTS
Process
• Ham • Wash your hands.
• Cheese • Flatten the bread
• Loaf bread • Put the ham and cheese then
• Egg rolled it. Put a toothpick to lock its
• Bread Crumbs side.
• Oil
• Roll it in the beaten egg then in
the break crumbs.
• Fried until it becomes golden
brown.
• Slice and serve.
RESULTS
 RECOMMENDATIONS
• It is better form ham and cheese roll to be sold at school
canteens for the students might like this food product.
• It is good a good snack during bonding times, with friends,
family, or love ones.
• To those who wants to conduct some food business.
• To those parents, especially the Mothers who always like to
prepare delicious snacks to their children.
• To the STIer’s who likes to spend their money for food.
 SUMMARY
• In the first question, which product is more delicious?70% of the 50 respondents
answered the ham & cheese roll is more delicious, while the remaining 30%
answered the cheese sticks are more delicious. In the second question, which
product is the best seller? 78% of the 50 respondents answered, the ham and
cheese roll is the best seller, and 22% answered cheese sticks. In the third question,
which product is more suitable to your taste? 72% answered the ham & cheese roll
while 28% answered cheese sticks. In the fourth question, among the two which
name sounds better? 80% answered ham and cheese roll, while 20% answered
cheese sticks. In the fifth question, which of the two you consider as your favorite?
64% answered ham and chees roll, while 36% answered cheese sticks. In the sixth
question, which do you think costs more? 80% answered ham and cheese roll, while
20% answered cheese sticks. In the seventh question, is it possible to
recommended these food products to those who wants to conduct a food business?
94% answered yes, while 6% answered no. In the 8 th question, do you like the tastes
of the food? 96% answered yes while 4% answered not. In the 9 th question, would
you buy if we sell these food products? 90% said yes, while 10% said no. In the last
question, do you think these foods are nutritious 84% said yes, while 16% said no.
 CONCLUSIONS:
We conclude that Ham and Cheese roll is more
tasty, and marketable than cheese sticks. We also
conclude that all of our hypothesis are correct and
based on the data gathered those who answered that
the ham and cheese roll is tasty were also the one
who answered that ham and cheese roll is marketable.
We also conclude that if the product is affordable then
a lot of people will want to buy this product.
