 How to login TO the auction site?
Steps:
1)Type https://auction.buyjunction.in in the address bar of your internet browser.
2) Enter your user id and password. Then click on “ENTER”. (Do not click on digital signature )
Note :- Kindly log in only through internet explorer (Version 11 and above), Mozilla Firefox. Please
ensure that Java 1.7 or above is installed in your machine. Link to check & Update java version has
been provided on the home page itself.

How do you generate your new password if you have forgotten it?

1) You need to type https://auction.buyjunction.in & click on forgot password option.

2) Two Options are available: Mobile & Email

3) Steps In Case Of Mobile :

a. Enter User-Code & Mobile Number (Registered number / Active or Latest number as provided by
client for the auction)

b. Enter The OTP which has been sent to the provided mobile number and click on Verify Option.
Please Note: The OTP will be valid upto 5 mins.
c. Enter New Password .
d. New Password would be successfully generated.

Steps In Case Of E-mail :

a. Enter User-Code & E-mail Id (Registered Id / Active or Latest e-mail id as provided by client for the
auction)
b. Link for change password would be sent to the email id provided.
c. Click on the link provided in the respective mail id.

d. Enter New Password.
e. New password would be successfully generated

1) Once logged in, you will be asked to change the password.
2)We strongly advice you to change the password when you will log in for the first time.
(Password should be Alpha Numeric minimum 8 characters).
3)For security purpose please do not share your password with any one.

You can also change your password by clicking on the “Profile” option then “change
password”.

1) Once you click on Change password option , you will be asked to put your existing password(User password)
then New user password ->New User Password(Re-Entry)
2)We strongly advice you to change the password .Password should be Alpha Numeric minimum 8
characters. For security purpose please do not share your password with any one.
3)Auction system will also ask you to change your password in every 90 days from the date of change
password.

Process for downloading the Pre auction Documents:
You can down load Auction Notice & all documents related to the auction from your login itself. You
need to click on the ‘Download Button’ then click on ‘Pre auction documents'. Once you click on the
‘Pre auction documents‘ you will get the screen where all the documents will be available. Click on the
respective link & download all the auction documents.

 Acceptance to Auction terms:
Steps:
1) Click on Auction Terms.
2) Then click on View Terms without DSC.

3) Read the auction terms by clicking on respective entry under “Term ” column.
4)Select the check box present left side of the “Term ID”.
5) Click on Accept
6) Then click on Submit.

1.Once you click on Bid(s) Live auction
2. A Pop will appear on your screen asking for your confirmation to track your MAC
address.
 3.Kindly click on ‘OK’.

4. You will receive another pop. Kindly Click on the check box & Click on “Run”.

Steps :

1) Enter your “transaction Password” which would be same as your “login password”.

2) Click on “enter” button.

Steps:
1) After clicking on live auction after entering transaction password the markets will be visible to you as per
your eligibility.
2) Select “check box” of the markets from this list where in you want to place your bid during live auction
3) Click on “ Add to Watchlist” button.
4) Once you click on “ Add to Watchlist” button then the bidding page will open up. The steps for bidding
will be different based on auction strategy.

Note: Incase of multiple market whenever new market will be launched you need go back to the “Add to
watchlist section” by clicking on “ Modify Watchlist “ in the bidding screen or else new markets will not
be visible in your bidding screen.

Important Info:

1) Bidder now would be able to see the Bidding basis by pointing their curser on bidding basis option in the
Bid Screen.
