P70 Unlimited Call Fair Usage Policy

Fair usage policy applies:

P70’s unlimited voice only applies to domestic mobile/fixed ON-net & OFF-net usage and
excludes video calls, or calls to special numbers/ premium numbers (Eg: 1300/1500/1508/
1600/1700/1900/103, 1311, 800 & 15999) and 02-prefix numbers for border calls to
Singapore and 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei.
U Mobile reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if you are found to be in
violation of the Fair Usage Policy or the Terms. Examples of violation:
 Used for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, resupply, call-centre usage,
telemarketing, etc.
 Used for SIM boxing
 Used in connection with a device, software or application which re-routes calls
 Setting up of switch devices which could keep the line open potentially for hours

Q1. What is the Best Postpaid Plan Promotion?
A1. The Best postpaid plan rewards new, existing and port-in subscribers on U28, P50 and P70 with:
FREE Extra Internet - For U28 (Extra 2GB), P50 (Extra 2GB), and P70 (Extra 2.5GB)
FREE Extra 50 min (all-network) - For U28 plan
No contract required

Q2. How long is the promotion valid?

A2. The promotion is valid till 31st December 2015. Subscriptions must be made by the stated date.

Q3. Who can sign up for the new Postpaid Plans?

A3. These plans are available to all Malaysian and foreigners of age 18 and above. It is available for new
registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins, prepaid to postpaid migrations and change of
rate plans.

Q4. What is the new Hero Postpaid Promotion?

A4. This promotion is valid to P70 Postpaid Plan and offers Extra 2.5GB Internet + unlimited voice calls
to all domestic networks. Unlimited calls or domestic usage & excludes special numbers.

Q6. If I am currently on P70 Postpaid plan (before 1st Sept) will I enjoy the
offer?
A6. Yes. You will enjoy the extra Internet promotion + unlimited voice calls to all-domestic networks
effective 1st Sept as long as you maintain the current rate plans.

Q7. Will the offer be granted to me permanently?

A7. Yes. The FREE extra internet is given on a permanent basis as long as subscribers remain on the
same rate plan (extra 2GB for U28 and P50 and extra 2.5GB for P70). 

For U28, an additional 50 minutes of voice calls (all-network), is given on a permanent basis as long
as subscribers remain on the same rate plan. 

For P70, unlimited voice calls (all-network) is given on a permanent basis as long as subscribers
remain on the same rate plan

If subscribers change to other rate plans, port out or terminate their lines, the offer will no longer be
applicable.

Q8. If I am on the P70 postpaid plan, what happens to my Member Line?
A8. All member lines will get to enjoy 30mins/day (To U Mobile numbers). Call sharing with Principal is
no longer applicable. Pay as you use charges apply upon exhaustion of allocated free minutes.

Q9. How many Member Lines can I have?

A9. A maximum of 2 member lines per principal line (1 + 2 lines)
