One of konard client requested him to conduct workshop about project management tools.
There was many of tools of PM, He picked Scope management. This will identify major
definition of PM, strategic goals state the overall purpose of project, tactical goal will identify
major goals, acquire potential customers, improve profitability by identify standard tools .

Scope management plan:

Scope statement answer question, what we have to produce in project. What the project is all about?
Strategic Goals:
Identify overall project as well as goal of project. Cost, schedule, time, requirement will b explained.
Tactical Goals:
Major task of project will part of this stage. This will become level one of deliverable, and then can dived in more WBS. Like
documentation.
Defining deliverables:
Here have to document a detailed enough set of descriptions of the products to be delivered. Like if there software
created project, then spreadsheet, data base, server have to document all of these .
Major Assumption:
After preparing all scope plan, if still need some information , then should add assumption, through experience or
based on judgment.
Project definition scope :
Provides well defined scope or layout the tasks and come up with objective of a project.
Provides understanding to managers or participants about applicable constraints.
Provides helps to every single relevant group to considerate on significant or related
elements and discarding pointless or futile issues.

When have to use project definition?

It may helpful when deal with bigger projects or when different type of workers from different background, at that point
project definition seem essential. If found complicated to forecast or enumerate purpose of a project, at that time project

Small projects have short period of goals or specific time for their completion. Due to their accordance require short
period of time.
