Step 1.
A chemical agent bonding on the bottom of
plastic microplate wells
Step 2.
A diluted suspension of Red Blood Cells are
added to the wells
Step 3.
Incubate  Red Blood Cells bind to the bonding
agent. These red cells are lysed, removing the
hemoglobin, giving a clear appearance
Step 4.
The wells are dried
Step 5.
Leaving a monolayer of antigens on the bottom
of the well in the form of red cell stroma
(membrane)
