 We will take care of Cath Lab and Dialysis projects right from their complete
set up to their functioning.
 Our Services would be an entirely different segment from the manufacturing

each and everything related to project.
How we will proceed…….

 We can proceed with our partners in so many different ways depending upon
agreement between the two parties in project.

Plan 1- Where there is no Cath lab

 We will setup a Cath Lab and take care of it’s functioning.

 After completion of project we will can run this lab on either Rental Basis or
on Revenue sharing basis, whichever will be decided between the two parties
in contract.
Plan 2- Where there is existing Cath Lab

 Where there is already a Cath Lab setup but the Hospital/Party willing to out
source it.
 This would also be proceed on either Rental or Revenue sharing basis.
Plan 3- Only Set up & Installation

 We will take contract of setting up complete Cath Lab and related

installation.
 After completion functioning will be taken care by owner.

cater more and more number of cardiac patients from different corners of the
