 Purpose of SERCO Workshop

This training course is aimed at MC SERCO Repair Centre's who have gained good experience in
product repair and will take a nominated role in Service and Repair of MC products.

The course will cover:

 Repair of G120C and G120P (IP55) products from 120W to 90kW (Practical)
 Basic troubleshooting and fault finding
 Testing and commissioning
 Reporting Processes
 Identification and ordering of Spare parts
 Drive design theory and EMC
 Loading software and firmware
 Where to get information concerning repair.
The course does not cover:

 Repair of boards to component level

 Applications and product features
 Motor repair

At the end of the course the participants will be qualified to carry out repairs on Sinamics G120C and
G120P (PM230 IP55) products using the methods shown in the course.
