RESOURCES
Program Purpose: Community Advocacy,
Informational, and Referral (CAIR) Services helps
individuals and families in times of need by providing
information, referrals and linkages to other community
agencies, and tangible resources.

Program Description: CAIR provides free walk-in or


phone-in help for individuals and families experiencing a
wide variety of needs, such as temporary emergencies
involving insufficient food, utility shutoffs, potential loss of
housing or other essential resources.
