• It has a façade module of three different combinations:
1. An opaque steel module.
2. A glazed module.
3. a glazed module with a partial shadowing part made
of perforated metal.

• This system allows a lost cost production.

• It also allows an easy implementation on site.

• It participates to the thermal management of the building.

• Gives life to the façade.

Climate responsive
• Sofia has a humid continental with relatively cold and snowy
winter while summer are quite warm and sunny.
• The city receives an average precipitation of 581.8mm a year.
• Such climate led to design of a compact building, with
partially opaque facades with concrete and modular façade
system.
• The Green House plays important role in thermal comfort of
the building.
• It functions as buffer space and a thermal controller
