GAS & CONDENSATE EXPORT

SYSTEM
Presenter : CyRon
GAS & CONDENSATE EXPORT SYSTEM
 Export System
 Define as a point of selling the gas & condensate which have
high potential in market value.
 At this point the system will received dry gas and dry
condensate to be exported.
 Parameter to be observed in this system are:
 Quality & Quantity Control of dry Gas & Condensate Produced
 Pressure & Temperature of flow line

 Safety System Installation & Protection

GAS & CONDENSATE EXPORT SYSTEM
 Quality & Quantity Control of Production
 Water content in dry gas represent the quality of dry gas &
condensate produced
 Using Glycol Regeneration System to remove water content
in gas.
 Removing water drop in condensate by using dried gas.
 Water Content Monitoring
 Dew Point Analysis
 Water in Condensate (WIC) Sampling Analysis

 QC using bottle sampler (MTAB Sampling)

GAS & CONDENSATE EXPORT SYSTEM
 Quality & Quantity of Production (cont..)
 Quantity produced gas & condensate to be exported are
measured by Fiscal Metering System.
 Unit for measured gas is MMscf/d (Million standard cubic
feet per day) and for measured condensate is BBl/d (Barrel
per day)
 In metering skid (Fiscal Metering) consist of;
 Turbine Meter
 Pressure Indicator

 Temperature Indicator

 Flow Meter & Indicator

 All of the metering instrument above will measure their

respected parameter.

GAS & CONDENSATE EXPORT SYSTEM
 Pressure & Temperature
 Instrument will indicate the parameter on export riser at
drilling platform.
 The export trunkline is connected to the M1 Complex export
pipeline to Riser B at E11 Complex, the correct pressure must
be controlled to enter the trunkline.
 The temperature must be maintained in accordance to reduce
deformation of gas to become condensate.
 To maintain flow assurance while exporting the production
gas & condensate (Hydrate Formation).
GAS & CONDENSATE EXPORT SYSTEM
 Safety System Installation & Protection
 SDV & BDV were put in place to avoid damage to the
pipeline due to overpressure and minimizing high potential
incident to be occur.
 Spare train exist to ensure the metering instrument is given
correct reading, also to do maintenance task to the
instrumentations on either train.
 Subsea export pipeline is insulated to protect from corroded,
maintaining the life span of the pipe and to reduce
temperature drop to the product while travelling on seabed.
GAS & CONDENSATE EXPORT SYSTEM
 Safety System Installation & Protection ( Cont..)
 Pigging Operation used to clean the pipe from debris, hydrate
formation and wax.
 Chemical Injection such as Corrosion Inhibitor CK-981 were
used to minimize the contact of the condensate flow current
with internal pipeline, flushing the formed corrosion.
 Chemical were injected at the dry condensate pipeline before
joining to gas export line.
