 All dehydration plant were spared after successful completion of Performance Test of Nashpa LPG

Plant. As per current forecast provided by RMD dehydration plant will be required to process additional

Raw gas. (115 MMSCFD)

 As already informed Well # 4, 6 & 9 has been taken into service @ 500 psig w.e.f. 20-11-19 (well # 4 &

9) and 10-12-19 (Well # 6) through stand by MP OFF GAS COMPRESSOR, By injecting well # 4, 6 &

9 @ 500 psig sales gas flow has been increased by 4 to 5 MMSCFD and oil approx. 4500 bbl. Stand

by MP OFF GAS COMPRESSOR will remained in service till commissioning of Nashpa Front End

Compression (FEC).

 After commissioning of Front End Compression (FEC) gas flow of Well # 01 & 08 having WHFP 1700-

2200 psig is planned to inject in LPG plant through HP separators while remaining wells shall flow via

slug catcher. (Hookup plan of Well # 1 & 8 is attached)

 After the Commissioning of Nashpa FEC, it is required to hookup MELA Trunk Line at down stream of

Nashpa FEC as MELA FEC will trips at Low Low Final Discharge Pressure PALL-2509 A/B/C @ 1125

Nashpa
psig (NewJV:
Hookup4Q-2019
PFD is TCM
attached).

MP Separator Inlet Crude Exchanger (E-2001)

 There is a requirement to install new heat exchanger at the inlet of MP separator as currently

crude oil inlet temperatures are in the range of 90 ~ 95 F during winter and 105~110 F in

summer while design inlet temperatures were 135 F & 145 F respectively.

 As Nashpa wells temperature are decreasing, with the passage of time inlet temperatures will fall

further. So it would be difficult to control the RVP of crude due to expected low feed inlet

temperatures and in order to control the RVP of crude in future, a Heat Exchanger is necessary

to install.

 Currently, OGDCL though in-house arrangement installed and commissioned MP Separator Inlet

Crude Exchanger E-2001 (Interim Arrangement) which has resulted in improvement at MP/Flash

separator and stabilization unit parameters.

 LPG Production Improves.

 Stable RVP results of Crude.

 Daily rental of MP Separator inlet crude exchanger E-2001 is proposed @ US $ 250/Day from 23-01-2020

but after procurement and commissioning of JV owned equipment, rent of above MP separator inlet crude

exchanger E-2001 shall be stopped.

LP compressor

 Nashpa LPG plant has 01 no OVHD compressor package (LP+MP compressor), having no complete

standby unit (only old facility MP compressor will cover MP gases).

 The stabilizer OVHD compressor requires schedule inspection and major maintenance job after regular

intervals.

 The compressor will be required to stop for few days to execute the planned jobs and at that time LP

compressor may be more beneficial. So, there is a genuine need for standby LP compressor.

– Production Loss (Maintenance & Break Down)

– LPG --->  1091 MT (1091 x 80,000 = Rs 87.28 Million) Average LPG Price is considered.
– Gas --->   51.74 MMSCF (51.74 x 625000 = Rs 32.34 Million)
– NGL--->   780 BBLs (780 x 60 x 150 = Rs 7.02 Million)
– Total Loss ---> Rs. 126.64 Million

H2S Removal From MELA Gas

 H2S has been detected in raw Mela Gas which after the commissioning of trunk line is to be

sent to Nashpa Gas Processing Plant for processing. The composition of raw gas coming

from Mela has

 flow of 7-8 MMSCFD,

 moisture content of 38 lb/MMSCF

 H2S content of 10-15 ppm.

 In order to remove H2S from the raw gas, H2S scavenging chemicals are injected using the

H2S scavenger (rent $50/day from 30-01-2020) .
