Our mission is to continuously improve the quality of education in the Pre-elementary level and to educate them

well and have clear understanding of what’s going on. We want them to know what’s the difference of what to do

and not what to do. And also to protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based,

and complete basic education where: Students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and motivating

environment. Teachers facilitate learning constantly nurture every learner.
