Seats
The seats are adjustable so that the designers can be
accommodated comfortably and they provide support
where it's needed. Seats have an adjustable seat cushion
height, backrest height, backrest tilt, armrests and seat
cushion tilt, many of these make sitting more comfortable.
In addition, our seats enable designers to change posture at
intervals, ensuring that different groups of muscles can be
used for support, and that no particular group of muscles
gets tired. Ours seats have a 5-castor base for stability. It is
also providing an instruction book to teach designers
understand how to adjust their seats and what posture they
should be used.

Shelves
There will be two shelves inside each office for
storage the drawings. The height is 1800mm and
width is 500mm. The shelf have a lot of partition
is specially use to store the drawings. The height
is especially suitable for Asian.

Desks
The desks have a standard height of about
720mm. This is fine for most Asian. The desks are
made in “L” shaped, so can provide more space
for designers to do the paperwork, place a
computer, printer, fax machine or telephone. In
addition, “L” shaped is more comfortable for
computer work as designers can have everything
they need close at hand in an arc around them.
The desks don’t have any obstructions
underneath like drawers or supports so designers
can sit in comfortable positions.

Computer
The types of problems that people may get from using
their computers are often described as Repetitive Strain
Injuries. Work Related Upper Limb Disorders
or musculoskeletal disorders or discomfort. The main risks
to users from computer hardware are probably the
keyboard, mouse and monitor. Our keyboards and mice and
specially chosen so that they can help designer to keep a
“neutral posture” in their hands, wrists ad forearms. A
neutral posture is one that feels most natural and
comfortable and is not harmful. The keyboards and mice
are easy to use and using them are not require any physical
effort. The monitor displays is 21 inches so that it is very
clear and easy to read. It can also be tilted and swiveled.

Lighting
Lighting is very important. The office will set-up at least 6
fluorescent lights at front, center and back of the ceiling.
Each row will have 2 fluorescent lights, it comes with an on
and off switch which have dimming functions. Ours office
able to see daylight as it gives designer a feeling about how
the day is going outside and natural light is also thought to
make people feel better too. We will not be placing the
monitors near the windows so that there is no glare or
reflection on the screen because patches of bright light on
the screen make characters harder to read and can force
designers into uncomfortable positions as they try to see
around the bright patch. We will install the blinds at
windows to cut down glare.

Color of ceilings and walls
The office will be painted with light blue color on
the wall and white on the ceiling. The wall will be
good in sound insulation to provide a peaceful
place to work. According to some designer forum,
light blue or turquoise is the favorite color of most
designers in the world and white is the best color
to keep the room bright, that’s why we use these
2 colors to compliment the fluorescent light to
ensure that the office is cool and cozy at all time.
For the paint on the walls and the ceilings we will
use good and odorless paints to make sure
designer don’t smell the paint when doing work.

Temperature and Ventilation
The offices will set up inverter air-conditioner as it
is more energy efficiency and the noise is less
than 10 db. The designers can choose their air-
conditioner temperature themselves to provide
comfortable environment for working. We will use
anti-dazzle glass for ours office windows as it can
reflect back the heat to atmosphere and keep the
offices temperature remains at comfortable level.

Noise
Noise in offices can affect concentration, can be
an irritation, and can be a source of stress to
some people. We will use quieter printers and
photocopy machines to decrease the noise level.
In addition, we will use high quality carpets and
wall padding which can further help maintain low
levels of noise at all time.
