To avail the online services, PSA needs to

login through their Login-ID (pre-allotted by
UTIITSL on user registration) using UTIITSL’s
portal link

PSA logs in through their allotted and valid User ID and Password
If Not a Valid user it will through an Error.
User fill up the registration form with valid information.
On Successful Registration user can access the PAN services.
 PAN application Filling Instructions

 The PSA has to fill up the PAN application details online

exactly in lines of information furnished by the applicant
during submission of the physical application.
 Details entered in the Pre-form on the minimum fields will
be passed on to the Main Form, that should be re-verified
and application entry to be completed vis-à-vis details as
per PAN application.
 PAN application Filling Instructions

 The PSA has to fill up the PAN application details online

exactly in lines of information furnished by the applicant
during submission of the physical application.
 Details entered in the Pre-form on the minimum fields will
be passed on to the Main Form, that should be re-verified
and application entry to be completed vis-à-vis details as
per PAN application.
Main Form - PAN application opens up on a click and is ready for filling up online.
On Main Form submission, PSA clicks on the Validate option.
On successful validation, the PAN application form entry is now complete.
Click Generate Acknowledgement Button to generate Receipt
 Batch Sheet Generation and submission to UTIITSL

 On completion of all procedure, PSA is now ready for

physical transit of the batches of the PAN applications to
the nearest/ designated office of UTIITSL.
 PSA attaches the Batch slip and the Batch sheet on the
physical batch of applications and signs on them for
physical transit to UTIITSL.
 Deposit of Collection amount for Creating Batch

The user has to select the no of application for which the payment will be made and the batch will
be generated.
The Batch Slip will be generated as per selection payments against to the number of forms.
 Batch Report Generation

 On completion of all processes, VLE should prepare the BATCH Details

Sheet and send the duly signed BATCH Details Sheet along with batch of
PAN application forms and deposit Batch Slip to the designated UTIITSL
Regional Office/Branch Office for further processing.
 Generation of Batch Slip which needs to be attached along with Physical
Application form

The Batch detail sheet need to be generated and forward along with application.
 PAN Processing and Dispatch

 Once the batches are received at UTIITSL offices, the batch alongwith all
the supporting documents will be verified with the forms and the data
captured. This exercise will be initially done with verification against
scanned images to expedite processing.

 Further the PAN applications will be processed. The clear applications

will move for PAN allotment and objection marked cases will be intimated
at PSA level for further clearance of objections.

 Once the PAN allotted and the card printed, the PAN Card will be sent
directly to the applicant at the communication address filled in the
application form through Speed Post/ Courier.
 PAN Tracking Query

 PSA can check the PAN card status using application number /
coupon number with “Track your PAN Card” option at UTIITSL
portal (or the existing PSA login module).
PSA can track the application status by using PSA Login module.
