 Introduction
• Our site is located in north Cyprus /gonyali
it have the midstream climate sea
the shape of the site is like the triangle
the level difference of the levels:
the zoning is approx. 1500-2000 m2
area : 5457m²
most of the buildings near the site is commercial buildings

it’s a place where is a lot of survive providing like the
station for cars and pharmacy and the commercial street
There are two bus stops close to the sıte.
One dırectly ın front of the sıte and the
other on the opposıte sıde of the street.
There s an exıstıng building on the sıte
whıch has a flower shop and pharmacy.
There ıs a market behind the sıte and also adjacent to the
sıte.
There are a lot of commercıal spaces on the street,
mostly mıxed-use buıldıngs.

• Strengths (s)  - the site is accessible because it's close to the
main road.-The moment in the area will allow for more chance
of good business.-the topography is generally level so no need
for extra excavation.-
Weaknesses-(w)the traffic on the main road can cause noise
pollution.-the shape of the site can be challenging especially
with the acute angle in the corner
Opportunities (o)-the land size could allow for some additional
landscape or landmarks to be constructed.-the introduction of
the new building can give rise to a more contemporary and
modern architecture to the area giving it more life. Threats (t)-
The height of the building across the road.
 Conclusion
• the site has some good opportunity especially because of the
size and also the surrounding area is developing well as a
modern area with contemporary architecture
