Accommodity is something that is provided to fulfill a need, for example a place to

stay or a temporary residence for people who are traveling. In tourism
accommodation is an industry, so the understanding of the accommodation industry
is a component of the tourism industry, because accommodation can be a place or
room where people / visitors / tourists can rest / stay / sleep, shower, eat and drink
and enjoy services and entertainment available
