•Completion Period : 12 Months from the Date of LOA

 HSSE PLAN

1. The Project Team shall comply with all HSSE requirements as per the
Company & HPCL HSSE standards. HSSE Manual, plan, policy & procedures
which is implemented at all of our Project sites & they shall also comply it
with our company HSSE Standards.

2. All personnel of IEPL and its sub-contractors would be requisite HSSE

training, Induction, TBT, MTBT, HSSE Meeting at Work Places to achieve
the target safely.

3. HSSE Audit shall be held by HSSE Head/Management from HO/site at

regular interval in co-ordination with site team.

4. All HSSE requirements as per tender and company policy will be

adhered at site.

 HSSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
1. Work Procedure and Risk Assessment for job activity.
2. HSSE induction to new and transferred employees about HSSE Management System and
details of site works with induction slide.
3. Tool Box Talk on daily basis by job performer.
4. Objectives and Targets with action program and responsibility for achievement of target.
5. HSSE training related job activity as per training matrix.
6. Internal Inspection / Audit as per project schedule and monthly schedule through
approved check lists.
7. Daily observation to identify UA/UC and its control measures by job performer.
8. Permit to work system (PTW system).
9. Weekly, monthly meeting to discuss about HSSE issues for control measures.
10. Formation of safety committee.
11. Incident/ accident/ near-miss/ near-hit report and investigation.
12. Monthly HSSE statistics report.
13. Third Party Test Certificates of lifting gears, equipments.
