    PASSAGE
     Health economics, which provides information on
    policymakers on improving healthcare and
    lifestyle patterns through interactions between
    individuals, healthcare providers and clinical
    settings, is often ignored in Pakistan. It is evident
    from the country’s spending on the health sector,
    which is less than one per cent of the national
    GDP.
    RESULTS
     This passage is not an argument .it’s an
    explanation. The reason of the this passage to be
    an explanation is that it doesn’t persuade audience
    towards a point of view. This passage also explains
    the healthcare system of Pakistan.
