acknowledge and close within given time frame.

4) Empathetic :- Keep empathy with patient ,empathy means to keep yourself in other’s shoes. Understand other.

• 5) Responsiveness :- Always response quick to patient or attend ,may be some time you are busy doing some important
work but acknowledge them and make them wait for some time and try to listen them asap.
