INTRODUCTION
Located in Tanjung Industrial Estate, Pasir Gudang, Johor, Dynac is well
placed to support the many industries throughout Malaysia.

Our business philosophy is to be the leader in the market

applying a professional approach to on-time delivery and code
compliance.

These factors, combined with a management team dedicated to design,

manufacturing and refurbishment of heat exchanger products, have
enabled Dynac to gained recognition as a preferred supplier of air-
cooled heat exchanger.

About Us
A comprehensive and fundamental understanding of thermal and mechanical
designs allows DYNAC to utilise the full range of design tools available, such as thermal
analysis (HTRI), finite element analysis (FEA) and structural analysis (STAAD Pro) to
supplement more traditional design solutions - for example mechanical integrity
calculation to ASME Codes.

With vast experience, this allows Dynac to draw upon its extensive database of technical
design data and solves design problems using bespoke or proprietary software for ACHE
designs.

The continuous improvement from dedicated internal technical capabilities

differentiate Dynac and others operating in the air cooled heat exchanger OE and
aftermarket sectors.

Re-Tubing / Refurbishment
Work
A capacity for fast track (emergent or planned) re-tubes, refurbishments
and modifications is also factored into the companies annual operating plans
from straightforward re-tubes to full overhauls, where old header boxes are re-worked
(re-spot facing, tapping, etc), inspected, shot blasted and painted.

Dynac will always refer to the relevant standards and codes, whether an overhaul /
modification or complete design and build is being considered. Dynac ensures compliance
by subscription to standards such as API 661, ASME Codes etc.
