There was a time when I had to solve multiple math
problems. I had to use math that I learned in 9 th grade an
expand that to solve the problem I was given. The
problem was eventually solved.(Critical Thinking)
One time I had to explain to someone why I don’t like
cursing. They thought it was strange that I didn’t. I had to
explain to them that to me it was morally not right to be
cursing. In the end, they finally understood why I didn’t
like cursing.(Cultural Agility & Engaging Communication)
There was a time when I was in a team and we had to
come with a solution to a company’s problem. We
collaborated with many groups to find the best option for
the company.(Creativity & Effective Collaboration)
 What is the biggest lesson you learned on this
consultancy? How?

The biggest lesson I learned is that it is way better to be

prepared then to wing it. I learned that by winging one
conference and realizing that it wasn’t as good as when
I was prepared.
